Rehoboth, Dewey, Lewes, & More!

One of our favorite things about the Delaware beaches are the various spots with their own personality. Rehoboth's downtown is right on the beach with the right amount of hustle with yummy restaurants and many small locally owned stores. But if you're looking for a slightly more chill vibe, the Dewey area just minutes away is right where the wedding celebrations will be. Additionally, a short drive away includes Lewes and Primehook Beach areas, which provide an even quieter getaway.

Tony & I have stayed at this lovely bed & breakfast on several occasions. It's a quick walk to the beach and main strip in Rehoboth. The innkeeper, Tom, and his staff are absolutely wonderful. There are several room options and their homemade breakfast is a great way to start your day.

We can't say that we've stayed at too may AirBnB's in the area, but we promise that the ones we have stayed have been wonderful properties along with wonderful hosts. Most recently, we stayed with Tim & Nick, who converted their first home into a multiroom Airbnb offering and built a second home right next to it! The home is lovely and a definitely a nice budget option during that peak beach season. These are spacious private rooms with shared common spaces. Bonus is that it's a short walk to Turtle Bridge nearby (pictured).
